• The second Floor

The second tier of the main level includes a dining room with an eight-seat dining table, perfect for entertaining guests. There is ample seating and stunning views.The second floor also features a master suite and two guest bedrooms separated by a catwalk. Each bedroom has a private bathroom. The master suite includes a balcony with a fantastic ocean view. This vacation home is primarily constructed with tinted glass walls, offering a 270-degree view of the ocean, jungle, valleys, and mountains.

• The Third Floor

The third tier on this level houses a large game room with a pool table, foosball table, and a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean. The entire villa is air-conditioned, but stepping outside to the balcony lets you enjoy the fresh ocean breezes at any time.

• Outdoor Spaces

The property is very private, situated above the nearby homes. There is a large rear terrace surrounded by jungle and a five-foot-high wall, making it a great place to sit and watch the monkeys and toucans that often visit the property.
