The first tier consists of a fully equipped kitchen and living room with bathroom. The kitchen comes with high-end appliances and granite counter tops. The cabinets are custom-made with local wood and a breakfast bar completes the room. The living room comes with a built-in entertainment center, complete with a large screen smart TV and a sound-bar to provide great entertainment.

The second tier of the main level has the dining room for entertaining guests with an 8-seat dining table. There is plenty of seating and stunning views. The third tier on this level has a large game room with a pool table, foosball table, and a large balcony looking out towards the ocean. The entire villa is air-conditioned but stepping outside to the balcony allows you to feel the fresh ocean breezes anytime.

The second floor has a master suite with two guest bedrooms that are separated by a catwalk. Each of the bedrooms has a private bathroom. The master suite has a balcony with a terrific ocean view. This vacation home is mostly constructed with tinted glass walls and allows for a 270-degree view of the ocean, jungle, valleys, and mountains. The property is very private, situated above the nearby homes. There is a large rear terrace surrounded by jungle and a 5-foot high wall. It’s a great place to sit and watch the monkeys and toucans that visit the property often.
