The Great Room on the third floor is a huge living dining and kitchen area, that looks out over the beautiful Manuel Antonio coast, and here you can see three species of monkeys frolicking in the trees … some may even come and join you in the extremely open living area! The beautiful natural ceilings are Fifteen feet high with fans throughout, and with the blinds raised, the tropical ocean breezes can be drawn in and through the property creating completely natural air conditioning! This functional aspect of the architecture, along with the stunning design features of native wood, international artwork and carefully landscaped tropical gardens are a testament to the award-winning decorator who designed the villa.

The stunning refreshing pool is 25 feet long and sits comfortably in front of the villa.
