Picture yourself in this beautiful beach front 6 bedroom. 4 full and 1 half bathroom villa, just steps away from the sand. This is one of the few houses in Costa Rica that sits right on the beach.

The villa is located in a gated community inside the Tango Mar Beach and Golf Resort.

This magnificent home offers 6 air-conditioned bedrooms and four and one half baths. It can also be rented as a private 4 bedroom, always private for just your group, never sghared with strangers.

The Main Master Suite is accessed through terra-cotta blocks and garden vines that create a naturally private environment. This room features a king-size bed in the center and leads to an oceanfront deck, and also a rear deck deck that overlooks the garden and jungle. The two person whirlpool tub overlooks the infinity pool, beach and ocean below.  This suite has been designed to be a very open, airy space so that the tropical breeze circulates freely throughout the house, keeping it cool year around.  However, it is air conditioned for those who wish to use it.

As you enter the house, another private stairway with vaulted ceiling leads to three upstairs bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms feature whirlpool tubs and all have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. They also open to spacious balconies that feature a 180º view of the beach and ocean.

Downstairs, there are two additional bedrooms – one opens directly to the ocean front terrace and the other is a garden bedroom. These bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower.  This combination is perfect for mom and dad on the ocean side and 2 to 4 children in the garden bedroom.

As you relax with a fresh tropical drink or a good book, you can enjoy the azure ocean and keep an eye out for the howler monkeys that make their way through the palm and almond trees. Listen for their distinctive wild calls.

To make the most of Costa Rica’s wonderful climate, much of the living area consists of covered patios with the sides open to the cooling breezes, creating a wonderful tropical atmosphere.

The living area inside the house features a comfortable built-in couch, additional half bath, fully-equipped kitchen and a 12 place setting dining room table.

If you must keep in touch with the outside world, high speed internet service is available throughout the villa. But most of the time, you will probably just slow down, enjoy the amazing natural beauty that surrounds you, and truly get away from it all!
