This beautiful Moroccan and Arabian style vacation home rental is located in the southern Peninsula of Nicoya, just a few minutes drive from the pristine beaches of Montezuma and Mal Pais, as well as the Cabo Blanco Reserve. This villa for rent has 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is decorated with colorful painted walls and furniture that bright up the house. This lovely holiday rental features 3 different levels. On the first level, you will find the master suite that has a world-class king size bed, with a 14-inch thick mattress. In addition, next to the bedroom, is the living room with a 250 centimeters in diameter round bed surrounded by arabesque windows… a perfect place to take a nap or just lay down and read a book. In front of the 47 inches HD3D screen TV and DVD player, there is a “taarba”, a morocco style large sofa. Also in this bedroom, there is a mini bar, sound system, iPod docking station, and a coffee maker. Right across from the bed, is the 6 jets Jacuzzi for 2, with arabesque windows that look out to the tropical forest. The private bathroom and shower is tiled with limestone. Stepping out of this suite is a private 20 square meters terrace with a comfortable sitting area and the fabulous views of the house’s magnificent landscapes.
Walking up the outside stairs towards the second level of this vacation villa, you will come across an outdoor small terrace with a comfy lounge chair, a small fountain to refresh yourself and magnificent views of the property’s garden. Inside is the second suite, walking in, is the living room with sofas to relax and watch TV and this area is separated from the bedroom by a lunch counter. The bedroom also has a king size bed for maximum comfort. Next to the bed, you will find the rest area with a sofa that can be transformed into a double bed; this suite also features a private balcony with a sitting area looking at the exuberant vegetation. Some of the amenities that this suite has are air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV with DVD player, minibar, sound system and a hydromassage Jacuzzi with windows around it. The bathroom of this second suite also has that same fresh style, with limestone floor and walls and a handmade sink carved from a single stone. The shower has its own private open balcony that faces the tropical forest, allowing you to enjoy nature while taking a relaxing shower.
To cool off on those hot days, plunge in the large and refreshing pool with water slide or chill in the Jacuzzi for six people. The Jacuzzi is mounted on decorative stones and has 2 waterfalls that flow into the pool. The pool has 300 square meters of patio around it with beach chairs where you can sunbathe. An amazing quality about this pool is that it has a water purification system based on salt water and doesn’t use chlorine; this makes the pool functional 24 hours a day. The underwater lighting is constantly changing colors, and it makes the pool very appealing for a soothing night swim.
The kitchen and dining area of this private vacation rental is outdoors, next to the suites. It includes the kitchen, a breakfast bar with sitting for 4, dining table that seat 4 as well and an ample BBQ smokestack; the kitchen is fully equipped with top quality appliances and kitchenware. This property also has its own organic garden with fruits and vegetables that one can use to cook.
Going up towards the 3rd level of this private villa, you’ll see one of the best features in this house, the “Hamman”, a Turkish bath; a kind of steam bath to cleanse and relax yourself. It uses a volcanic rock heating furnace and has two sinks, one with cold water and the other one with hot water, and to complete your cleansing experience you can also find natural fiber gloves, pumice stones, and an outdoor shower. Right outside the Turkish bath, you can lay back and enjoy the cool breeze in the upper outdoor lounge with an ample daybed and sitting area filled with cushions. This lovely zone is perfect to do some bird watching and maybe see some of the wildlife that the southern Nicoya Peninsula has to offer.
