Only the guests in the reservation are allowsed at the house

• There is a damage protection fee of $70 that will cover up to $1500 worth of incidental damage.

To reserve this home we will send you a rental agreement email. This will hold the reservation for 2 days for us to receive your reply email agreeing to the terms. Once we have the reply email we will give you another 3 days for us to receive the first 50% deposit. The remaining 50% payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival.

For payments we can accept VISA/MasterCard or wire transfers.

For any charges made to a VISA/MasterCard there will also be a 6% surcharge.

For any wire transfer that we receive there is a $40 flat fee. If paying by wire please email us and let us know the name on the account that the transfer originated from and when it was sent, it will take up to 48 hours for the wire to be reported to us. If you or the bank you are wiring from have any questions please contact Fernando Mon-Fri at 888-818-2097.

If you have to cancel, we can refund your deposit minus a $300 processing fee per house so long as we are able to re-rent the dates for the same amount of your reservation. The longer we have to do this the greater chance you have of getting a refund.

You can also choose to move your dates to any dates in the following 18 months of the original dates and apply your deposit to those dates; rate for the new dates will apply. This will not incur the processing fee like the refund policy but we must be notified at least 4 months prior to the original dates to be able to give you the credit.
