This beautiful luxury villa is in the heart of Costa Rica’s Manuel Antonio region. The stunning combination of nature and luxury will take your breath away from the moment you arrive. The villa, nestled in the jungle above Manuel Antonio National Park, offers spectacular views of lush greenery and the Pacific Ocean’s various shades of blue. While relaxing in the infinity pool or one of the various communal areas, you may quickly lose yourself in the views and sounds of nature. Monkeys howling, birds singing, and ocean waves smashing can all be heard throughout the day.

But our location’s natural beauty and ideal surroundings aren’t its only assets. The villa is completely furnished and equipped with modern facilities such as fast and reliable WIFI, a sound system, and Apple Airplay-enabled televisions. There is a game area where you may watch movies, find books and games, and play ping pong with your traveling buddies. The villa accommodates up to 28 people and has 9+ air-conditioned bedrooms, making it a great location for weddings, business parties, anniversaries, and family vacations.

There is seating for 32 people in the dining room, but there is plenty of room for more tables and chairs. The villa can accommodate gatherings for up to 75 people, however any event with more than 30 people requires the hiring of an event coordinator and site fees may apply.

Although a bit of a hike, this villa is walking distance to the beach, actually to 2 beaches.

Our guest services team can also assist those with a more adventurous spirit in planning the ideal personalized trip.

Year round except holidays

$15,386 a week for up to 16 guests

$350 a week for each additional guest to a maximum 28 guests

Things to keep in mind

Weddings

Site fee apply to events such as weddings. Maximum occupancy for an even is 70 guests.

Occupancy policy

Base rates quoted are for up to 16 guests. Maximum occupancy is 28 guests. Foe each guest above 16 there is a $350 a week fee.

Rates

Minimum 5 night rent year round except holiday weeks, if renting 7 nights must be Sat-Sat.

Holiday weeks are a 7 night minimum and apply to Holy week, Easter week, Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, and New Years week.

Rates do not include the local 13% tax.

Payment policy

50% deposit to reserve the home, balance due 75 days prior to arrival.

Cancellations

Cancellation made 60 days or more prior to arrival, may be applied to an alternate booking date within one year.

Cancellation made less than 60 days prior to arrival will result in complete loss of deposit unless part or all of the dates can be rented to another guest.
