In the tropical rainforest of Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica, sits this stunning new villa, authentically constructed in a colonial style around a central courtyard with a beautiful private pool, where you can refresh after a day of adventure. It sleeps up to six adults and two children aged 10 or younger and is the perfect vacation home from which a family or small group can explore the whole area.
All three large air-conditioned bedrooms have a private bathroom and king-size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern facilities for you or your private chef to create a feast for your family. There is ample space for entertaining, inside and outside, and the spacious open layout and large sliding doors allow pure relaxation without the need for air conditioning. You can really enjoy the sights and sounds of the jungle and smell the cool tropical breeze as it flows through the house. There is an abundance of animals and birds that will visit this luxury villa in paradise, which will only add to the memorable moments of your stay, a delight for kids of all ages!
The house is full of unique details like beautiful wooden furniture and surfaces, natural stone walls and wash basins in the bathrooms, and wicker vaulted ceilings to mention just a few. There is a clean, modern yet classic feel to the villa, and the pictures most definitely don’t do it justice! The property is quiet and safe which along with the beautiful spaces for lounging around, makes it impossible to not relax when you are here.
The location of the villa is fantastic with several restaurants and local supermarkets just a 2-minute walk away through a safe neighborhood. Here, you will also find a bus stop where you can catch one of the regular buses for a 5-minute trip down the hill to the beach. If you have a car, you can venture further, maybe visit the Marina Pez Vela in Quepos, and make use of your secure off-street parking on your return.

Payment policy
To reserve this home we will send you a rental agreement email. This will hold the reservation for 3 days for us to receive your reply email agreeing to the terms. Once we have the reply email we will give you another 7 days for us to receive the first 50% deposit. The remaining 50% payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Banking fees apply.
Cancellations
Deposit may be refunded if cancelled more than 60 days prior to the dates, a $300 fee will be assessed.
If cancelled within the last 60 days of the the dates a refund is only possible if the dates are re-rented by another guest for the same amount, if re-rent for less a prorated amount may still be refunded after the $300 processing fee.
