Traditional Costa Rican elements are combined with modern amenities, art from around the world, tiled roofs and Italian marble. The home features an appealing open design with high ceilings, exposed wood beams in the living area, large windows and beautiful ceramic tiles.

There is a main house and a separate self-sufficient guest house. The main house contains three bedrooms, a living room, gourmet kitchen, and a dining room with seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, beautiful wood cabinets and a great view of the beach and swimming pool.

The living room has a TV, DVD player, and stereo with CD player. It opens out to the covered patio through sliding glass doors. Enjoy outdoor living on the large tiled verandah that overlooks the pool and beach. The sun deck on the second floor is a great place to work on your tropical tan or just do a little star gazing. A six-person table for casual dining is located on the terrace. The large pool also has a non-heated Jacuzzi with cascading water.

Overlooking the terrace, the master bedroom features a TV, DVD player, desk, king-size canopy bed and large marble bathroom with a whirlpool tub, glass shower as well as an outdoor shower.

The main house has two additional bedrooms with private baths; one has two twin beds and the other has a queen-size bed.

The guesthouse has a separate entrance, private bathroom, full kitchen and, two bedrooms. One of these bedrooms has a queen-size bed and the other has 2 twin beds.

There is also covered parking for two cars and a storage area large enough for surf boards.
