This tropical hideaway sits on a nice quiet beach in the Esterillos area. Jaco is just a short drive and an hour in the other direction is the world-famous Manuel Antonio National Park. This home provides a great base for families or friends looking to explore the area. It’s also just right for relaxing in front of an amazing ocean view.

Beautiful Outdoor Areas
The villa’s private infinity pool is 3.6m by 6m and 1.5m deep, with steps to get in and out with ease. Between the pool and beach is a grassy area which is great for outdoor fun … there is a volleyball net included ! Palm trees line the lawn, the beach has golden sand, the sea is good for swimming, and short surfboards are provided if you want to catch some waves !

Sleep Well in Paradise
This home can sleep up to eight guests. Each of the 4 spacious bedrooms comes with a private bathroom. The amazing master suite includes a king bed, walk-in closet, and his and hers sinks in the bathroom. Sliding glass doors open to a beachfront terrace with panoramic views. The three bedrooms upstairs open onto a shared balcony which is a great space to gather and enjoy a fresh coffee together in the morning. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds, and one has two twins.
Dining Out Or Dining In !
A private chef can be arranged for your stay if you want to stay in but don’t want to cook ! There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and even more options in Jaco / Costa Rica – just a 20-minute drive. Talk with your concierge team about different activities you can do in the area. We’ll be happy to talk you through your adventure options. Housekeeping is available twice a week on request. For your peace of mind, the villa includes secure locks, a safe, and an easy-to-use outdoor alarm system.

- All rate are quoted in US dollars
- Rates do not include the local 13% tax
Payment policy
To reserve this home we will send you a rental agreement email. This will hold the reservation for 28 hours for us to receive your reply email agreeing to the terms. Once we have the reply email we will give you another 72 hours for us to receive the first 50% deposit. The remaining 50% payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellations
If you have to cancel, we can refund your deposit minus a $300 processing fee per house so long as we are able to re-rent the dates for the same amount of your reservation. The longer we have to do this the greater chance you have of getting a refund.
You can also choose to move your dates to any dates in the following 18 months of the original dates and apply your deposit to those dates; rate for the new dates will apply. This will not incur the processing fee like the refund policy but we must be notified at least 4 months prior to the original dates to be able to give you the credit.
