The home is very large and is the perfect size for big travel groups, allowing room for family, friends and anyone else you want to bring.

The Space

Decorated with meticulous attention to detail in the Spanish Colonial style, this elegant 9-bedroom, 9½-bath beachfront retreat sleeps up to 26 guests in over 7,000-square feet of interior space. There is an additional 2,000-square feet of covered balconies which wrap around the house. Large windows for ocean breezes, interior balconies, rich double-crown wood moldings, and beautiful stone and tile work grace the residence throughout. The living room boasts large bay windows which face the generous veranda and overlook a spectacular ocean view. The extensive veranda seating makes this a favored spot to watch evening sunsets.

The eat-in kitchen, with marble-top counters, includes a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with modern appliances. The breakfast nook is a lovely place to hang out and enjoy the views. An inviting, wood-paneled home theater with plush leather seating and a 63-inch, the wide-screen TV comes stocked with a selection of movies for every age group. There’s also a library with an extensive selection of books.

The ground floor contains 3 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and two twins that form a king bed, one with a queen, and one with two twins and a queen—all with en-suite bathrooms. A master King bedroom shares the second floor with the common areas. The third floor hosts an en-suite king and queen bedroom, plus another king room and one more bedroom with 2 twins (which can be joined), each with separate-entrance bathrooms. Four small futons are available on request, and all the bedrooms are air-conditioned. We also have two pack-n-play style cribs available upon request. There is an additional half bath outside the house.

A lagoon-style pool is surrounded by palms and seating, its shallow end lapping the ground floor terrace. Relax on the outdoor daybed, or rent a kayak or paddleboard to take out on the ocean.

Services

Concierge and maid service are included. There is a washer and dryer. The house has cable/satellite service and a security safe. Chef services are provided for 2 meals a day for you and your party (food cost is extra and reimbursable to the chef). Please inquire about our all-inclusive packages that include local food, alcohol, and snacks. Lobster, shrimp, and imported products are extra.
