The property is accessed through a large gate and is surrounded on 3 sides by walls, and the fourth by lush greenery, creating a wonderful, private feel. The back of the house has a large yard, pool, patio area and garage.
Langosta Beach is less than minute's walk away. Restaurants, an internet cafe and small grocery store are within easy reach. The center of Tamarindo is just a mile away and you can stroll to town leisurely in 20 minutes. Surfing and swimming are prime activities on the pristine Playa Langosta.
The L-shaped house features two bedrooms on one end. These bedrooms open up to the pool and patio area. All the bedrooms have private bathrooms. One of the bedrooms in this section has a queen bed and the second bedroom has 2 double beds.
The living/dining areas and kitchen are located in the opposite section of the house. This area also opens up to the patio and pool. The master bedroom upstairs overlooks the swimming pool. The house has all the amenities you look for including a washer/dryer, DVD, TVs, stereo and a kitchen with all the equipment you need to create your own gourmet meals.
