A flagstone Spanish-style courtyard on the ocean-facing side has a large tile terrace and fountain. A tiled infinity-edge pool, surrounded by tropical landscaping, has an ocean view.
A large cooking area outside has a BBQ grill and gas oven. The fully-equipped kitchen is done in a Mexican style and opens up to the spacious dining and living area. This screened-in area opens up to the terrace.
A tiled staircase near the kitchen leads up to the master suite and bath. This luxury suite is air-conditioned and features a king-size bed. The bathroom has a marble tub and counters as well as a beautiful rosewood vanity table.
The master suite also has a private terrace that overlooks the garden and pool. This balcony offers a wonderful view of the tropical surroundings.
