One of Costa Rica's most beautiful beaches - Playa Grande - is just outside the door of this contemporary ocean front villa. Golden sand stretches out for miles on this quiet beach near the popular towns of
Tamarindo and Brasilito.
Enjoy the pounding of the surf, stunning views and amazing sunsets from the rocking chairs and hammocks on the two long verandas. This tropical, California-style home features a
spacious living room, six air-conditioned bedrooms, including a one bedroom studio.
Decorated with custom-made local hardwoods, the home is comfortable and colorful. Take full advantage of the tropical
breezes with a spacious dining area, shaded patio with seating, BBQ and an outdoor shower.
The five bedrooms each have ceilings fans, refrigerators and security boxes. Two of the oceanfront bedrooms on the upper level share a bathroom and each have a wet bar, kitchenette and terrace. The
other bedrooms have private bathrooms.
Three of the bedrooms are downstairs; two have queen size beds and the other has 2 twin beds. The downstairs studio is also air-conditioned, has a king-size bed,
private bathroom and its own kitchen. A trundle bed on the upper level sleeps two additional guests.
