The entrance to the house is on a courtyard with a circular drive, lovely fountain and covered verandah. There are four bedrooms and an
additional guesthouse away from the main house for more privacy.
Upon entering this classic Mediterranean-style home you will see a den and large wet bar to your right, and the gourmet fully-equipped kitchen and breakfast nook to your left.
There is one large bedroom on this level.
A three-level waterfall flows down by the spiral staircase which leads to the spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom. This suite has a private terrace that offers a spectacular view of the Pacific.
Another large guest room opens to this terrace and shares a bathroom with another bedroom with two sets of bunk beds.
Half a level down the staircase you will find a large living room with an entertainment area with cable TV, stereo and DVD player. This ocean-front room leads to the patio and infinity-edge pool. The pool features underwater stools, children's area and spa with ocean and beach views. The beach is just a few steps away from the pool and gardens.
Next to the greatroom is a dining area with a large table for enjoying tropical meals at home.
The first-floor rooms and the patios on both sides of the house open up to create a flowing area overlooking the pool and the ocean. Enjoy the gorgeous sunsets from the comfort of this elegant home.
The main house accommodates 12 guests with two king beds, one queen, a sleeper sofa and two sets of bunk beds.
The one-bedroom guesthouse sleeps four guests and features air-conditioning, phone, cable TV and courtyard kitchen.
