Full Description: This 7 bedroom, 7 bathroom Guanacaste villa occupies one acre of beautiful tropical gardens and is just 300 feet from the beach. Located in a very quiet, rural area you are less than a mile from a small fishing village where you will find restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and fishing and diving charters.
Many of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica are in Guanacaste, and you are just 25 minutes from the Liberia International Airport.
The villa has 7 tastefully decorated rooms all with air conditioning, private bath and ceiling fans. Four of the bedrooms have their own balcony and cathedral ceilings made of local hardwood.
A nicely furnished living and dining room is adjacent to an open-air atrium that keeps the house cool and comfortable.
The pool area is surrounded by tropical plants and has a small bamboo snack bar where you can have a light lunch, snacks and exotic drinks. The nice size swimming is shared with six studios and has plenty of lounge chairs and a “rancho” with BBQ.
