Full Description: This house has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Discover the unspoiled beauty of Nosara, in Guanacaste. Wrap-around terraces provide panoramic views of the beaches of Playa Pelada and Playa Guiones. This beautiful house is just minutes away from the beach, near Nosara's Biological Reserve.
Spend the afternoons relaxing in the hammock on the upstairs terrace. This comfortable area with 2 large tables and matching chairs made of rich Guanacaste wood is a great place to enjoy a meal or tropical drink. Wicker chairs make a perfect spot to enjoy the incredible view.
Downstairs, the terrace is furnished with rocking chairs and comfortable bamboo furniture. Enjoy the view from the living room on this level also. From these terraces, you will be amazed at the variety of birds, including several varieties of hummingbirds, coatis and the distinctive call of the howler monkey. This is a truly tranquil setting, surrounded by jungle and the incredible wildlife of Costa Rica.
Enjoy a refreshing dip in the private pool, or cook up a special meal on the gas BBQ grill. The house has a very special character and has been designed with beautiful tiled floors, rich wood throughout and a solid roof structure to ensure that the house stays cool all day long.
Three of the five bedrooms are air-conditioned, and all have private bathrooms. The living room is supplied with a TV with DVD and CD players and a supply of movies and CDs. A selection of books, cards and board games are provided for your indoor entertainment.
