Full Description: This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is located in a little surf town called Santa Teresa. It is just a bit out there to keep the crowds of tourists out but still close enough for those who are looking for paradise. This house is located on a hilltop where it was originally built to entertain family and friends. So if you are looking for a very private stay that is just up the hill from the beach, this house is the perfect choice. Life just seems to get a lot less serious here. Just a kilometer away you will find surf spots, restaurants, and bars. However, this private villa is within a gated community surrounded by dense tropical rainforest. This house comes with a complete modern kitchen and stainless steel appliances. There is an indoor/outdoor pool as well as a 35 ft infinity edge pool. It has a dining room for 8 and an upstairs lounge area to enjoy your after dinner drinks. The exotic wildlife is abundant and you will be able to spot howler monkeys, white faced monkeys, parrots, toucans, iguanas, and plenty more that frequent the area. Down a ways at the southern tip of the peninsula is a great wildlife preserve called Cabo Blanco.
