The villa is located in a gated community inside the Tango Mar Beach and Golf Resort. The 9-hole executive golf course in the resort features par 3 and 4 courses in a gorgeous tropical setting, just 250 feet from the beach.
This magnificent home offers 6 air-conditioned bedrooms and four and one half baths.
Ascend the sky-lit staircase to the principal master bedroom. Terra-cotta blocks and garden vines create a naturally private environment. This room features a king-size bed in the center and leads to a deck that overlooks the ocean. The whirlpool tub is accessed through sliding glass doors, which are adjacent to the bathroom and shower. This suite has been designed to be a very open, airy space so that the tropical breeze circulates freely throughout the house, keeping it cool year around.
As you enter the house, a private stairway with vaulted ceiling leads to three upstairs bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms feature whirlpool tubs and all have ceiling fans and air-conditioning. They also open to spacious balconies that feature a 180º view of the ocean, sand and sky.
Downstairs, two additional bedrooms open directly to the ocean front terrace. These bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with large walk-in shower.
As you relax with a fresh tropical drink or a good book, you can enjoy the azure ocean and keep an eye out for the howler monkeys that make their way through the palm and almond trees. Listen for their distinctive wild calls.
To make the most of Costa Rica's wonderful climate, much of the living area consists of covered patios with the sides open to the cooling breezes, creating a wonderful tropical atmosphere.
The living area inside the house features a comfortable built-in couch, additional half bath, fully-equipped kitchen and a glass-top dining table.
