As many as 109 species of mammals are found including
the sloth, raccoon, white face monkey, and everyone's favorite monkey:
the delightful Mono Titi. This charming animal is endangered as
a result of destruction of its habitat.
There are also 184 types of birds such as the
pelican, toucan, tanager and many others. Iguanas,frogs, land crabs and
interesting insect life also abounds.
There are several trails of varying length and
difficulty. Inside the park are three beautiful beaches. A guide is
recommended so that you don't miss any of this fascinating park.
