The surrounding tropical grounds are home to the wide variety of wildlife that Costa Rica is famous for. The inquisitive monkeys play in the palm trees and the playful mono titi is a frequent visitor.
Built on a 10,000 square-foot lot, this 2,500 square-foot home was designed as an indoor/outdoor tropical home. Based on a Spanish/Mediterranean theme, the interior and exterior are beautifully crafted of the finest woods and local ceramic tiles.
The villa is split into two independent living areas, allowing groups or couples to enjoy their own privacy. Each level has two bedrooms and one bath. The upper level has two covered balconies and the lower level has another private porch. All three terraces provide a wonderful mix of ocean view, garden, jungle and pool views.
The upper veranda with its wraparound views of the ocean is the heart of the house. With several seating areas, comfortable furniture, wet bar and a dining room for eight, you will undoubtedly spend a lot of time in this lovely space.
Relax on the chaise lounges around this 31' x 19' tiled pool, one of the largest in the area. There are four swim up barstools and a covered rancho with a sunken bar.
The king size bed in the upper level master bedroom is air-conditioned and features a private, cozy covered balcony. The upper level guest bedroom is also air conditioned and has a queen bed. The lower level also has a master bedroom with king size bed, air conditioning, cable TV, and DVD player. The open air bedroom on the lower level has one full size bed and twin bunk beds with ceiling and floor fans provided.
