Full Description: This contemporary villa rental is located on the highest point of a private, gated community in the Manuel Antonio and Quepos area. This luxurious home features 4700 square feet of living space including 7 bedrooms and 8 ½ bathrooms. Four multi-terraced levels overlook miles of Costa Rica rainforest and coastal stretches.
The open feeling in the home is enhanced by the 15-foot wood beam ceilings and the many windows and sliding glass doors.
The effect of the unique blend of Eastern and Western influences is warm and inviting. The ethnic accessories, rich fabrics and lustrous wood furniture add to the luxurious feel of the home.
The living and dining areas and fully-equipped kitchen are on the entrance level. The expansive glass doors open to the large deck surrounding the private pool.
There are two bedrooms with full baths on the second level. The spacious master bedroom is on this floor as well and has its own bathroom with an exotic Balinese shower, jacuzzi tub and a private balcony.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms on the lower level each have a separate entrance, small kitchen and full bathroom. This area makes an ideal apartment unit for those seeking some additional privacy.
The two additional bedrooms feature beautiful ocean, rainforest and sunset views.
This area is known for its wide variety of colorful birds and exotic animals. Three species of monkeys enjoy the green forest of this 5 km private property. There are small creeks and waterfalls to be discovered throughout the property as well as an observation tower providing a birds-eye view.
