This beach rental can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably with 4 bedrooms with 4 full and 1 half bathrooms. The villa has 2 kings, 2 queens, and 2 twin size beds with air conditioning in the bedrooms. Exotic animals visit daily including monkeys, scarlet macaws, and sometimes sloths. This luxury villa rental is designed for your ultimate Costa Rica vacation experience.
This luxury villa was designed for cross ventilation with ocean breezes to cool the home. There are gorgeous views of the rain forest canopy and Pacific Ocean from every room. You can step outside and take a look at the newly opened Pez Vela Marina also.
This beach rental is located in one of Manuel Antonio’s exclusive and very secure area. The luxury home is situated at the end of a road which allows for total privacy. The 4 bedrooms are equal in size and each come with its own private bathroom. There are balconies in the front and back of the bedrooms which allows you to see the 3 different species of monkeys that come around daily.
The stairway is made up of beautiful local Guanacaste wood that leads up to the third floor. All woodwork and furniture was made by local Manuel Antonio woodworkers. The rancho is located on the third floor with incredible views of the jungle canopy, marina, and is great for watching the sunset. Wireless internet is available throughout the villa rental. The 42’ flat screen TV is great for watching movies or cable television.
The kitchen is fully equipped for making a gourmet meal. There is granite counter tops and teak cabinets. The dining room is a wonderful spot for enjoying a home cooked meal on this solid teak dining room table that can seat up to 12 guests. The bar is located here and seats 4 more guests.
Upon stepping outside of the living room you will entering the pool area. Here you can take a dip in the private pool to cool off or just sit back on the deck to soak in some tropical sun and enjoy the views.
