villa boasts numerous balconies, decks and terraces
from its 3 stories.
These decks provide
breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean. Five
bedrooms and 3 large, modern bathrooms provide
ample space for 8 to 10 guests.
Large vaulted
ceilings on the first floor and graceful arched
windows allow in the sea breeze and complement
the tropical atmosphere. The
living area has internet access, satellite TV
and VCR. The fully-equipped kitchen has
all the modern conveniences you expect in a
first-class vacation rental home. There
is also a large full bathroom on this floor
and bedroom.
There are 3 bedrooms
on the second floor along with a sitting area,
kitchenette and another large bathroom.
Two bedrooms
have king beds. A smaller bedrooms adjoins
one of these bedrooms and is great for kids
or a single adult.
The top level
has one bedroom with twin beds. These
can be turned into a king bed if requested.
The large terrace on this floor comes
complete with a hammock and rocking chairs. A perfect place to spend an afternoon
or evening enjoying the fantastic views.
The pool features
beautiful mosaic tile and is surrounded by a
stone deck. There is also a gas grill
on the deck, making it a great place to relax
and entertain.
Daily maid service,
gardener and pool service are included. This
spacious design is great for a single family
or larger group.
