the Pacific Ocean and Manuel Antonio National

This 5,200 square
foot home has four levels and is
very private. Two pools, one inside and
the other out, and a game room with pool
table are extra special features of this vacation
villa. All bedrooms are air-conditioned
and have their own full bath suites. The top
4 bedrooms feature
spectacular views and a fifth bedroom is available
for larger parties. Note: This
house can be rented as a four bedroom house
or with 5 bedrooms for larger groups.
The kitchen and
dining area on the main level have sliding glass
doors that open to the pool and the large outdoor
seating area and pool deck.
The master bedroom
has its own private balcony with 270º views,
king size bed and a unique tropical-style bathroom
with a stone shower and jacuzzi tub.
The other bedrooms
also have thoughtfully designed bathrooms
with custom made sinks of either earthenware
glazed bowls or hand-carved stone.
The private 25-foot
pool has a large balcony with lounge chairs
to relax and listen to the tropical birds and
enjoy the sound of the surf below.
The third floor
has an expansive living and game room. This
room is great for entertaining with its indoor
heated pool, pool table and outside deck. It
also has an entertainment area with cable TV,
stereo and DVD player.
Meticulously
designed by an award-winning decorator, the
details of this house have been hand selected
to provide the unique feel of "tropical
luxury". Details include custom stonework
and tile, fountains, bamboo accents, exotic
native hardwoods and art from Costa Rica and
around the world.
The 15-foot ceiling
is made of native-crafted mats and bamboo. Exotic
hardwood columns with unique carved bases support
this lofty space and the 5 ceiling fans ensure
that the cool ocean breezes create the perfect
atmosphere for enjoying this magnificent room.
The sides of
this room open to a comfortable, breezy outdoor
deck from which to enjoy the wonderful view
and the surrounding nature.
