In this one-of-a-kind villa,
with
its private ocean view pool in front and jungle
balcony out back, you have the best of everything
Manuel Antonio has to offer.
The view from
the pool overlooking the Ocean and Manuel Antonio
National Park. is spectacular.
This unbelievable 9,200
square foot
house has three levels and 9 large air-conditioned bedrooms.
This home sleeps up to 22
people - making it the largest villa in Manuel
Antonio. Two of the full size bathrooms have
Jacuzzis.
A spacious game
room is on the lower level and has a regulation
size pool table and foosball table. This
level also features an indoor plunge pool with
waterfall in a beautiful jungle setting. Large
glass doors open up to the jungle outside. There
is also a wet bar with stove in this large room.
The main living
area on the ground level has a fully-equipped
modern kitchen. Create your own specialties
or ask your property manager about arranging
a gourmet chef to prepare some exotic tropical dishes. The
entire space is open to the pool area and glass
doors allow ocean view from the kitchen, dining
and living areas. The kitchen faces the
living area which opens up to the pool outside.
There are 2 cable
TVs, one with Bose stereo surround sound.
The interior
is very unique with its 25-foot vaulted ceiling
supported by a large teak pole. The skylight
of colored glass in the shape of a half moon
creates a delightful sunlight effect on the
Italian tile and teak floors.
A separate guest
house with private bath is great for anyone
looking for a little privacy. It also
has a fridge and microwave for those late night
snacks.
Mornings can
be spent on your front terrace enjoying the
ocean view, sipping fabulous Costa Rican coffee,
listening to the surf below and watching the
many exotic birds.
In the early
evening you can move to the back verandah 40
feet above the jungle floor and watch the monkeys
leaping from tree to tree.
You will have
a personal property manager available to arrange
some of the many activities in this area and
answer any questions you may have. There
are so many things to choose from it will be
hard to decide between activities such as whitewater
rafting, exploring the rainforest canopy, horseback
riding, sunset sailing and dolphin watch, and
exploring the mangroves of Damas Island.
