Full Description: This one-of-a-kind 10 bedroom, 10 bathroom villa is the largest of all Manuel Antonio rentals with its private ocean view pool in front and jungle balcony out back. You have the best of everything Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica has to offer.
The view from the pool overlooking the Ocean and Manuel Antonio National Park is spectacular.
This unbelievable 10,500 square foot house has 5 levels and 10 large air-conditioned bedrooms. This home sleeps up to 26 people - making it the largest villa in the area for Manuel Antonio vacation rentals. Two of the full size bathrooms have Jacuzzis.
A spacious game room is on the lower level and has a regulation size pool table and foosball table. This level also features an indoor plunge pool with waterfall in a beautiful jungle setting. Large glass doors open up to the jungle outside. There is also a wet bar with stove in this large room.
The main living area on the ground level has a fully-equipped modern kitchen. Create your own specialties or ask your property manager about arranging a gourmet chef to prepare some exotic tropical dishes. The entire space is open to the pool area and glass doors allow ocean view from the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen faces the living area which opens up to the pool outside.
There are 2 cable TVs, one with Bose stereo surround sound.
The interior of this Costa Rica vacation rental is very unique with its 25-foot vaulted ceiling supported by a large teak pole. The skylight of colored glass in the shape of a half moon creates a delightful sunlight effect on the Italian tile and teak floors.
A separate guest house with private bath is great for anyone looking for a little privacy. It also has a fridge and microwave for those late night snacks.
Mornings can be spent on your front terrace enjoying the ocean view, sipping fabulous Costa Rican coffee, listening to the surf below and watching the many exotic birds. You are just minutes away from a few of the most amazing Costa Rica beaches including Playa Manuel Antonio and Manuel Antonio National Park
In the early evening you can move to the back verandah 40 feet above the jungle floor and watch the monkeys leaping from tree to tree.

Destination Wedding Party at Casa de las Brisas
I just want to drop you a short note to thank you for the wonderful time all 22 members of our wedding party had at Casa de Brisas Villa and the villa nearby. We stayed at Casa de Brisas from April 27 through May 4, 2013. We were the wedding party from Chicago.
The accommodations were excellent. The villa was modern and clean. The dining area was spacious. We could all sit down and eat breakfast and dinner at the same time in the same room! Our chef, Marco, was excellent! He cooked 5 breakfast meals and 5 dinner meals for our group. The food was tasty and Marco was very accommodating with the meals he prepared for us. There was plenty to eat and it was delicious! Marco is a fine chef!
Again, thank you for helping make our wedding destination stay at Casa de Brisas Villa a pleasant experience we won't soon forget!

Well, we are back home and heartbroken that we had to leave. I will be going on tripadvisor and sing your praises. But I wanted to personally tell all of you what a fantastic time we had. Rick was great, Paulette and Kenya were fabulous. Our place was so clean and well stocked. They truly are lovely. We will miss Rick's infectious smile. Our chef was also wonderful, what a birthday party I had! I could write volumes on our experience and still could not say enough. A perfect setting for a very special family experience. You made us feel totally at home. Oh, by the
way, Costa Rica is BEAUTIFUL! We have done quite a bit of travelling, but have never experienced anything like this. We are already planning to visit you again.

"The most dreamy wedding week we could ever imagine!"
Two weeks after returning from Costa Rica, we are still feeling high on the memories of our son and daughter-in-law's perfect wedding week in Casa De Las Brisas. The 5 level villa was far more impressive than the photos. Several levels have views of the ocean. Rooms and bathrooms were wonderfully clean and uniquely decorated, each with its own safe for valuables. You probably don't need the safe, but use it for your phone, cash, cards, passport--if nothing else than to protect all the great staff from being accused if a random thief were to take something. Three swimming pools were in constant use. Our chef, Stefan, was amazingly creative in his preparation of breakfast and dinner each day, even doing all the grocery shopping and cleaning up after each meal. Don't rent this place without the chef!! It's such luxury to just show up and eat wonderful food without the stress of shopping and cooking. You're on vacation, after all! The howler monkeys surrounded our house with jungle sounds, adding to the tropical experience. Watch out for the little monkeys, though. They're cute, but we soon found they could quickly come in through an open door and steal bananas right off your table. It was fun to sit by the bubbling pool and watch them checking us out. Seriously, you could have fun on this vacation without ever even leaving the house! We loved the bus that goes up and down the road all the way to the beach for about 60 cents each way. Loved zip lining, and a few enjoyed deep sea fishing. There are tons of other things to do, or you can enjoy doing nothing at all. Ricky and Valerie, property managers, will take care of your every need.

"Amazing beyond expectations"
Upon arrival the host, Ricky was fantastic and showed us through the place. The house set-up the fishing and ziplining and other events. The chef, Stefan, was Fantastica! I would definitely recommend any family gathering to go to the house.
