In this one-of-a-kind villa, with its private ocean view pool in front and jungle balcony out back, you have the best of everything Manuel Antonio has to offer.

This unbelievable 9,200 square foot house has three levels and 9 large air-conditioned bedrooms. This home sleeps up to 22 people - making it the largest villa in Manuel Antonio. Two of the full size bathrooms have Jacuzzis.

A spacious game room is on the lower level and has a regulation size pool table and foosball table. This level also features an indoor plunge pool with waterfall in a beautiful jungle setting.  Large glass doors open up to the jungle outside. There is also a wet bar with stove in this large room.  

The main living area on the ground level has a fully-equipped modern kitchen. Create your own specialties or ask your property manager about arranging a gourmet chef to prepare some exotic tropical dishes. The entire space is open to the pool area and glass doors allow ocean view from the kitchen, dining and living areas.  The kitchen faces the living area which opens up to the pool outside.

There are 2 cable TVs, one with Bose stereo surround sound.  

The interior is very unique with its 25-foot vaulted ceiling supported by a large teak pole.  The skylight of colored glass in the shape of a half moon creates a delightful sunlight effect on the Italian tile and teak floors.  

A separate guest house with private bath is great for anyone looking for a little privacy.  It also has a fridge and microwave for those late night snacks.

Mornings can be spent on your front terrace enjoying the ocean view, sipping fabulous Costa Rican coffee, listening to the surf below and watching the many exotic birds.

In the early evening you can move to the back verandah 40 feet above the jungle floor and watch the monkeys leaping from tree to tree.

You will have a personal property manager available to arrange some of the many activities in this area and answer any questions you may have.  There are so many things to choose from it will be hard to decide between activities such as whitewater rafting, exploring the rainforest canopy, horseback riding, sunset sailing and dolphin watch, and exploring the mangroves of Damas Island.

"Casa Las Brisas took our breath away from the moment we entered the villa. Fortunately, our amazing experience was only beginning. Manuel Antonio, Costa Rica is a small paradise. From the precious squirrel monkeys visiting our porch daily and once waking to their curious looks to our tour through Manuel Antonio National Park with Manu (amazing does not begin to describe him…he put a spider into his mouth!) to our fishing trip, we were constantly enchanted. The private beach turned out to be our favorite getaway hands down and the surfing was better there. As for recommendations: Estefan was the chef who prepared exquisite meals for us (if we are ever back, which we will be, we will call him), Café Milagro for breakfast and Rico Tico at Si Como No for a light but tasty lunch/dinner. The Spa at Sea Glass Spa was wonderful. Out of our entire group of nine, nobody had any complaints. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this tropical oasis. We hope we are back soon! "

"This vacation to Costa Rica was my first and I must say I had a great time!! This house is absolutely amazing and I recommend looking at the sunset over the ocean (near the outside pool). During mid-morning and mid afternoon monkeys will show up on the back porch and in the trees near by. They are very exciting to watch and you can get great pictures!! Whoever has the upstairs bedroom in between the kitchen and sitting areas…the monkeys will jump on the roof and will put their hands on your bedroom window. The national park beach is so clear and blue and is great for snorkeling. The public beach is also nice if you like a lot of waves and you can you learn to surf there, I did. We also did the canopy tour, which was a lot of fun. A great place to eat is the restaurant with the airplane built into it, El Avion. The food there is amazing. I hope anyone that stays here enjoys their time…I know that I will never forget my vacation here!"
