The rooftop balcony overlooks Bahia Herradura where you will enjoy breathtaking sunsets and gaze upon a stunning half-mile stretch of private beach.
From its perch on a small hill and nestled into the lush rainforest, the home is surrounded by Costa Rica's natural beauty.
Nearby, the renowned Los Sueños Resort offers an amazing array of facilities – including a spectacular 18-hole golf course and a world-class 200-slip marina.
The home features 3 bedrooms and 4 baths and combines the best of indoor and outdoor living. The outdoor living room is the centerpiece of the home. Comfortable rattan sofas accent the tropical feel of the home, and the long teak dining table accommodates 10 guests.
Indoors, central air conditioning is provided for your comfort in the living room, kitchen and all bedrooms. The spacious living room has a giant coffee table with a great selection of games for kids of all ages, a theater system and 40” HD TV.
The bedrooms feature 10-foot ceilings. One of the bedrooms is divided into two areas separated by a Balinese wall – each with a queen size bed. The second has a carved mahogany bed and a private bath. Another consists of two large areas with a Balinese wall in between. One side has two beds of black bamboo and the other has two single beds.
