Full Description: This 6 bedroom, 7 bathroom private villa has a breathtaking panoramic view of the Bay of Papagayo and the Pacific Ocean from its hillside perch. Built in 2004, this private, all inclusive luxury villa is located in the community of El Ocotal in Guanacaste.
This villa has 6,500 square feet of living space on two levels built in a unique open-air design with wraparound verandahs. The ceramic tile swimming pool has a pool bar and fiber optic lighting. The large open greatroom has a panoramic view and overlooks the pool. The home has beautiful vaulted paneled ceilings and features 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms as well as a library.
The home sleeps 13 guests and has two king-size air-conditioned master suites. Each suite has sliding glass doors that offer extraordinary views, jacuzzi tubs and dual head showers and bidets.
Two queen sized bedroom suites also have sliding glass doors, bidets, and dual head showers. The fifth and sixth bedrooms share a bathroom and include 3 twin beds and one full size bed.
Every room features beautiful hand-carved armoires and custom designed Costa Rican bedroom furniture.
The luxurious environment is accented by top quality granite throughout, native tropical woods and imported Italian ceramic tile.
A fully equipped kitchen, covered parking, satellite TV, gas BBQ grill, DVD and CD players, stereo with wireless speakers and washer and dryer are also provided for your comfort.
