This charming 2-story home is set in the lush green hills above the Bay of Hermosa. The 4,500 square foot house has 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 full baths. Most
of the bedrooms have stunning views and are separated from the rest of the house to ensure a private, tranquil respite.
Large glass windows span the common living areas including the dining area, living room and kitchen, bringing in the glorious views. You can enjoy
the spectacular Costa Rica sunsets from the comfort of the living areas and bedrooms.
Enjoy the tropical sun on the stone patio which flows down to the pool, or stay cool on the covered patio and soak up the view. The
infinity-edge pool blends beautifully into the
horizon. A covered barbecue area with a stainless-steel gas grill
next to the stone patio is waiting to prepare the catch of the day. An outdoor shower is available to freshen up after a sandy trip to the
beach.
The kitchen contains full-size modern appliances so that you can prepare your favorite meals in comfort. Choose from the dining table for 8 or
a casual counter with barstools. A stereo system throughout the house will fill
the air with music.
Wireless internet is available throughout the home and
grounds and TV, DVD and a CD player are also provided.
The master bedroom has a king
bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 features 3 twin beds with trundle pullouts and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin beds. The home comfortably
sleeps 10 guests.
