Full Description: This luxury ocean view villa in Northridge Playa Flamingo of Costa Rica has the charm of a Victorian Colonial home in New England, yet is located upon the tropical hills in the Costa Rica paradise with the best climate in the world. This Flamingo beach villa is just a few kilometers from Costa Rica’s world famous beaches / enchanting beach towns including Playa Conchal, Potrero, Penca, and Prieta. Guests of the villa will experience the best surfing, sport fishing, and wild jungle adventures of their lives.
The magical luxury villa rental has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a private en suite bath. The beautiful master bedroom French doors opening to a cozy terrace hovering over a wraparound pool, with staircases on each side leading up to the larger main balcony. The ocean front villa also offers smaller groups the option of renting the first story of the house with 3 bedrooms, 3 baths for a special discounted rate.
Extending from all 3 levels of the home, including some bedrooms, are large terraces guarded by beautiful white colonial style rails, and outfitted with furnishings such as dining patio furniture, lounge chairs, hammocks, and tropical flora. Entertain with the outdoor barbeque grill and one of two private swimming pools. There is a mini pool underneath the balcony of the master bedroom, and a generous ocean view swimming pool on a different level jutting out into the lush rain forest.
Encircling the lovely pool is a red wooden deck with blue umbrellas and baroque wooden guard rails, the same that leads down on the private access to the clear blue waters of Playa Prieta, just a short stroll through the rain forest directly from the backyard of the villa. The deck comes complete with several cushioned lounges for sunbathing along the poolside, reading a good book, or admiring the gorgeous ocean and mountain views right before dozing off to the rhythmic sounds of the crashing waves. Upon arising from an afternoon siesta, take the short pleasant walk down to Playa Prieta and awake your senses in the refreshing ocean water.
