Full Description: Nestled on the South side of Flamingo Beach, this 4 Bedroom Villa vacation rental is one of the prettier beachfront properties Flamingo has to offer. This gorgeous rental home boasts incredible views of the white sand beaches, lush tropical gardens and the world famous Guanacaste sunsets of Flamingo Beach and the Bay of Potrero.
The holiday Villa, itself, sits on 1.5 acres of well manicured tropical grounds. The house was recently remodeled to offer fine furnishings and modern appliances. Each of the rooms is large and spacious with tall Guanacaste wood ceilings.
All of the bedrooms have their own respective bathroom and A/C, 3 of which have splendid views. Two of the bedrooms offer a Queen size bed each, while a third bedroom has a King bed and the fourth bedroom has two extended Twins and bunkbed.
Hire a private chef to cook your meals in the fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, cook top stove, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, separate ice maker, wine cooler & built in microwave oven. The outdoor BBQ area with rotisserie has 2 separate gas burners, along with a indoor/outdoor wine cooler. There is an indoor dining space for 8 persons, plus an outside dining area for 6 people.
Take in the sea breezes while you take a dip in the infinity edge swimming pool. A stairway leads you down to a beautiful white sand beach of Flamingo. Alternatively, you can enjoy an interesting film on the 42” Plasma Screen.
