Apartment 1:
You enter the first floor apartment through a large glass entryway into a sunlit living area reflecting the contemporary tropical design. The spacious terrace provides breathtaking views. It features a
bamboo-covered lookout point which has an outdoor dining room and living room. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and features beautiful granite countertops.
The master bedroom has a stunning marble bathroom that leads to a patio near the pool. The second bedroom is on this level also and continues the warm, tropical theme and has its own bathroom.
A charming indoor bistro area is a lovely place to enjoy tropical cocktails with your family and friends.
Apartment 2:
You enter the second apartment via a bamboo staircase where you will find an open-air lounge area. A large ceramic-tiled roof terrace is supported by bamboo beams and a floor made of a smooth,
lustrous stone. Wall to wall glass brings the Costa Rican sunshine into all the living areas of this beautiful space. The private guest room has a fantastic rainforest view. There are two guest bathrooms
on this level, in addition to the stunning master bathroom which looks down on the soothing stone fountain. This bathroom also features a jacuzzi tub.
Bamboo stairs lead to a unique covered terrace where you can take in the beauty that surrounds you.
Casita: The third apartment, or casita, is separated from the main house by a stone pathway past a soothing Koi pond. French doors lead, to a charming patio, outdoor jacuzzi and infinity pool. The casita's
bedroom continues the cool, tropical feeling of this exceptional vacation home.
