The rental home was completed in 2007 and has a tree house slash beach house feel to it. Its comprised of 3 different hardwoods with 3 main buildings. They consist of the main rental home, the spa suite, and the office/media room.
This beach house rental sits on 15 acres of private property. The home is nestled on a tropical jungle ridge with a 360 degree view of the ocean and mountain. The large deck allows one to relax to the soothing sounds of the ocean and possibly spot humpback whales as there is a national marine park nearby Marina Ballena. The views from this beach rental are spectacular with gorgeous sunsets and if the weather permits, one can see all the way down to the Osa Peninsula.
On the one side of this vacation rental you can spot exotic wildlife as it is densely covered with tropical rain forest and a river flows right by the property. One can get visits from a vast array of animals that Costa Rica has to offer including monkeys, sloths, toucans, and various other birds.
